Who can apply for the card?

Employees of companies that have an agreement with CardConsig and available payroll margin. Applications go through identity verification and credit review.

How much will be deducted from my salary?

Only the minimum payment of the statement, always within the payroll margin. The amount is itemized on your payslip.

What happens if I leave the company?

Payroll deduction stops and the outstanding balance is paid by bank slip or Pix, under the terms of the agreement.

How do I block a lost or stolen card?

Through the support channels provided with your card. Blocking is immediate.

How do I dispute a purchase I don’t recognize?

Contact support as soon as you notice it. We open the dispute with the card network and inform you of the review timeline.
